Sample operations management software for market research teams

Connect client project intake, your own panel, external suppliers, delivery review, invoices, bills and settlement records in one sample operations workflow — so the project, the people who filled it and the money it produced all reference the same record.

Clients, panel and suppliers on one chain Not a survey builder Not a task board Not a sample marketplace
First, the difference

General project tools track tasks. Sample operations aren't tasks.

This is usually the reason teams stop trying to make a generic tool fit.

A general project management tool records a task, an owner and a due date. That model holds up until the thing you're managing is a sample project — because then the facts that matter are not tasks at all.

They're the client project and its conditions, the panel and suppliers filling it, CPI, IR and LOI, participation, completes, rejects and terminations, what survived review, and then client invoices, supplier bills and member finance. None of that fits in a task card, so it ends up in spreadsheets beside the tool — which is where the reconciliation work comes from.

Sampora is not a replacement for how your team plans work. It is the layer underneath it, where sample projects, the people who filled them, and the money actually live.

From client intake to a closed ledger

One chain, every step referencing the same project record.

1Client / API intake

Projects arrive from clients by API or in the workspace, with their conditions attached.

2Project configuration

CPI, IR, LOI and delivery conditions set on the project itself.

3Panel & supplier allocation

Fill from your own panel, external suppliers, or both.

4Delivery tracking

Participation, completes, rejects, terminations and callbacks as they land.

5Review records

What survived review, recorded against the project and the source.

6Settlement

Client invoices, supplier bills and member finance from the same delivery data.

Traceable Reviewable Export-ready
By role

Three people, one project record

Enterprise exists because these three usually work from three different files.

Project delivery

Sees intake, configuration and live delivery progress — what came in, what's been filled, and what's still short.

Supplier network

Sees allocation, per-supplier pricing and review outcomes — who is delivering, at what price, and at what quality.

Finance operations

Sees client invoices, supplier bills and member finance — built from the delivery records the other two are working in, not re-keyed at month end.

Scope

What Enterprise coordinates

The three versions split by whose sample operations you manage. Enterprise is the one that runs your own members and external supply on the same chain.

Clients, external suppliers and your own panel managed together
Multiple teams, roles and permissions across the organization
API and workspace project intake
Callback, review and operating records
Multi-party finance and settlement records
A traceable operating path end to end
Version fit

Not sure which version fits?

Three versions, split by who you manage — not by how many features you get.

Panel

You manage your own panel and respondents. → Panel management software

Supplier Network

You mainly coordinate external suppliers and subcontracted delivery. → Sample supplier management software

Enterprise

You manage clients, suppliers, your own panel and the finance across all of them — this page.

Not right for: teams that only want to edit questionnaires, or that only need a simple task board. Sampora runs the operations around sample delivery — it does not write surveys and it does not sell sample.

Common questions

Before you book a demo

What teams ask before they book.

What is market research project management software?
Software that manages survey sample projects end to end — client intake, panel and supplier allocation, CPI, IR and LOI conditions, participation and completion records, delivery review, and client invoices, supplier bills and settlement records. The unit of work is a sample project and its delivery, not a task with an assignee and a due date.
How is this different from a general project management tool?
General tools record tasks, owners and due dates. They do not hold CPI, IR and LOI, completes, rejects and terminations, review outcomes, or client invoices and supplier bills against the same project record. That gap is why sample teams end up running spreadsheets alongside the tool.
Can it manage clients, panels and external suppliers together?
Yes — that is what Sampora Enterprise is for. Client project intake, your own panel and external suppliers sit on the same project chain, with multiple teams, roles and permissions, API and workspace intake, callback and review records, and multi-party finance.
Who is Enterprise not right for?
Teams that only want to edit questionnaires, or that only need a simple task board. If you manage only your own panel, the Panel version fits better; if you mainly coordinate external suppliers, Supplier Network does.
Can we evaluate it with a live project?
Yes. Rather than a demo dataset, we run one of your real in-progress projects through intake, allocation, delivery review and settlement records, so you're judging it on your own work.
