Sample supplier management software for survey delivery teams

Receive client projects, set supplier terms and pricing, allocate suppliers, track completes and rejects, review delivery, and produce supplier bills and settlement records — in one operating layer instead of across chats, trackers and someone's memory.

For teams delivering sample to clients Not a survey builder Not a sample marketplace
Who this is for

Built for teams that deliver sample through external suppliers

If more than one of these is true, this is the layer you're missing.

You work with several external sample suppliers at the same time
You take projects from clients, then allocate them to suppliers downstream
You receive and send projects by API, or through a shared workspace
You have to reconcile what was actually delivered against supplier bills

Probably not for you if: you only need to build and host questionnaires, or you're looking to buy sample from a marketplace. Sampora runs the operations around sample delivery — it does not write surveys and it does not sell sample.

What you're actually trying to answer

Five questions supplier management has to settle

If you're looking for supplier management software, this is usually the list — and today the answers live in different places.

1Which supplier should this project go to?
2What price applies to each supplier on this project?
3Which suppliers should be kept off this project?
4How far along is each supplier's delivery right now?
5Do the review results and the supplier bills line up?

Sampora is built so all five answers sit against the same project record — the allocation, the agreed price, the delivery counts, the review outcome and the settlement record are one chain, not five separate files.

The supplier workflow

From project intake to supplier settlement

One chain, six steps, all referencing the same record.

1Project intake

Receive the project from your client — by API or in the workspace — with its conditions attached.

2Terms & pricing

Set the operating conditions and the price that applies to each supplier on this project.

3Supplier allocation

Allocate the suppliers that fit, and keep off the ones that don't.

4Delivery tracking

Track participation, completes, rejects, terminations and callback records as they come in.

5Delivery review

Review what was delivered against the project, with the records kept in place.

6Settlement records

Produce supplier bills and settlement records that reference the same delivery data.

What you work with

The parts that carry the workflow

Each one exists because one of those five questions has to be answerable.

Supplier records

One record per supplier, with the history of what they've actually run for you.

Allocation

Assign suppliers to a project, or keep specific suppliers off it.

Pricing

Hold a different agreed price per supplier on the same project.

API intake

Take projects in by API integration or directly in the workspace.

Delivery records

Completes, rejects, terminations and callback records against both the project and the supplier.

Settlement

Supplier bills built from the same delivery records you reviewed.

The things teams ask first.

What is sample supplier management software?
Software used by market research sample teams to manage the external suppliers they send survey projects to — supplier records and terms, per-supplier pricing, allocation and exclusion, delivery tracking of completes, rejects and terminations, delivery review, and supplier bills and settlement records. It is distinct from procurement or vendor-management tools built for general corporate purchasing, because the unit of work is a survey project and its delivery.
Can I keep working with the suppliers I already use?
Yes. Sampora manages the suppliers you already work with. It does not require you to source suppliers from inside the platform, and it does not sit between you and them.
Does Sampora track completes, rejects and terminations?
Yes. Participation, completes, rejects, terminations and callback records are recorded against both the project and the supplier, so delivery review and supplier bills reference the same records rather than two separate counts.
Is Sampora a sample marketplace or a survey builder?
Neither. Sampora is the operating layer for running sample delivery — project intake, supplier allocation, delivery review and settlement records. It does not author questionnaires, and it does not sell sample.
Can I evaluate it with a live project?
Yes — that's how we prefer to do it. Rather than a demo dataset, we run one of your real in-progress projects through intake, supplier allocation, delivery review and settlement records, so you're judging it on your own work.
